Eh! that dreaded word that we hate to see "DISCIPLINE" what does that word even mean?

Discipline: is action or inaction that is regulated to be in accordance (or to achieve accord) with a particular system of governance. Discipline is commonly applied to regulating human and animal behavior to its society or environment it belongs. In the academic and professional words a discipline is a specific branch of knowledge, learning, or practice. Discipline can be a set of expectations that are required by any governing entity including the self, groups, classes, fields, industries, or societies.

So, you have to practice being discipline for it to become a lifestyle lol who would a thought 😒

They say that it takes anywhere from 18 to 254 days for a person to form a new habit and an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic.

That 21-day thing isn't accurate at all unless your soooooooo determined to make the change.

For the next 67 days we will take a journey together, every day I will journal me prioritizing God, Healthy eating, exercise and Biblical studies and Prayer
